One Week Retreats

The Nefeli Nine week-long program has been designed to produce results that you can see for yourself, and which are easy to maintain.
We are not going to starve you, make you do endless sit-ups or other tedious exercises. What we will do, is show you hikes of breathtaking beauty which are suitable for all ages and abilities. And feed you with delicious organic wholesome food – lots of it. And show you how some exercises produce results for you – just for you.
None of our program is compulsory – however, none of our clients leave any of it out.
07:00 - Wake up with tea or coffee
07:15 - 08:00 Light yoga, mobility to wake up the body
08:00 to 08:30 Breakfast
09:00 - Head out for a 3-4 hour hike
13:00 - Lunch time on the veranda
15:30 to 17:00 - Fitness with Emilio – HIIT, boxing, functional training, kettlebells
Sometime after 17:00 you'll be rewarded with either an hour-long massage or a facial to soothe your tired muscles.
Between lunch and dinner, there will be a couple of hours to read a good book by the pool, take a nap, call your family, or even go for a little stroll in the area.
20:00 - Dinner time
- Hiking shirts
- Hiking trousers
- Hiking shorts
- Water-proof jacket with hood
- Hiking socks
- Lightweight hiking shoes (MUST be worn in!)
- At least two changes of exercise clothing
- Very casual evening clothes.
- Something to carry your water in while on your hike
- Hat to protect you from sun and/ or sunglasses
- Plenty of t-shirts for training
- Jumper and a light jacket for the evening
- Swimming suit
- Six nights in a beautiful villa overlooking the Mediterranean Sea
- Three gourmet meals per day
- Full-morning hikes through the magical Greek countryside. Amazing sights, sounds and smells
- Experienced guides and instructors
- Morning and afternoon fitness classes
- One massage treatment
- Airport transfers
