Our Signature Week-Long Retreat
The Nefeli Nine week-long program focused on wellbeing has been designed to produce results that you can see for yourself, and which are easy to maintain
We are not going to starve you, make you do endless sit-ups or other tedious exercises. This is a balanced well-being retreat focused around fitness, travel, exploration and good food. What we will do, is show you hikes of breathtaking beauty Greece has to offer which are suitable for all ages and abilities. And feed you with delicious organic wholesome food inspired by slow living and the Blue Zones – lots of it. And take you through two wonderful yoga classes daily, designed for you – just for you.

None of our program is compulsory – however, none of our clients leave any of it out.

What to Expect
Sample programme:

07:00 - Wake up with tea or coffee

07:15 - 08:00 Light yoga, mobility to wake up the body

08:00 - 08:30 - Breakfast

09:00 - Head out for a 3-4 hour hike

13:00 - Lunch time on the veranda

15:30 - 17:00 - Between lunch and dinner, there will be a couple of hours to read a good book by the pool, take a nap, call your family, or even go for a little stroll in the area.
Sometime after 16:00 you'll be rewarded an hour-long massage to soothe your tired muscles.
