Terms & Conditions

Booking 

Your booking is not considered definite until your deposit has been received by us and a confirmation email sent to you. Emails confirming your booking are sent out on the same day funds are received by us.

Payment 

Full payment is due 14 days prior to the start date of your retreat. 

 

Last minute bookings (made within a two week period prior to commencement) must be paid in full at time of making the booking.

 

If you fail to join the retreat, arrive after the commencement of the retreat, or leave the retreat prior to its completion, no deduction to the price or refund will be provided.

 

Nefeli Nine Retreats reserves the right to adjust prices. Discounts and offers are valid only as long as and for the purpose(s) stated on such discounts and offers. After a trip or retreat has been booked, discounts or offers subsequently published by Nefeli Nine cannot be claimed retroactively.

 

Failure to observe the payment terms and conditions above will result in the cancellation of your booking.
 

Cancellations
In the event a confirmed booking is subsequently cancelled, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation and have responded having acknowledged such cancellation.

The following cancellation fees will apply:

 

If you cancel your retreat:

 

  • 45+ days before your retreat start date: Full Refundable, free cancellation.

  • 30-45 days before your retreat start date: Deposit will be refunded.

  • 0- 30 days before your retreat start date: Sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions.

Cancellation by us

Whilst we hope we will never have to cancel your retreat this may happen and we reserve the right to do so. In the unlikely event we need to take such action, we will offer alternative dates or provide a full and prompt refund.

Force Majeure 

Nefeli Nine Retreats shall not be held accountable for the non-fulfillment of its contractual obligations if the failure to fulfill is caused by circumstances beyond its control, commonly known as force majeure events. These events may include but are not limited to a pandemic, acts of nature, such as fire or flood, flight cancellations or the prohibition of sailing due to severe weather conditions, war, acts of terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions (excluding regulatory changes), labour disputes, and similar occurrences. During such force majeure events, no refunds will be provided, and all payments will be converted into a voucher valid for one year from the original start date of the cancelled retreat.

 

Travel & Medical Insurance

Your retreat with us does NOT include travel insurance or medical insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance cover.

 

Your Health

It is your responsibility to let us know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your body’s own capabilities. If you experience any injury, undue stress or discomfort during any activity you must refrain from carrying on and inform us immediately.

 

Food

Please see a sample menu and photos on our website of the meals we carefully prepare for you. In terms of diets, we cater for those wishing to go vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free.

 

For any other dietary requirements there is a 25 euro extra fee per day and we must be notified at least 3 weeks in advance to allow us to source appropriately. 

 

Arrivals 

Check-In and Check-Out times are 3pm and 1pm respectively. Early Check-In may be available, please ensure you inform us in a timely manner. Late Check-Out is not available.
