Booking 

Your booking is not considered definite until your deposit has been received by us and a confirmation email sent to you. Emails confirming your booking are sent out on the same day funds are received by us.

Payment 

Full payment is due 14 days prior to the start date of your retreat. 

 

Last minute bookings (made within a two week period prior to commencement) must be paid in full at time of making the booking.

 

If you fail to join the retreat, arrive after the commencement of the retreat, or leave the retreat prior to its completion, no deduction to the price or refund will be provided.

 

Nefeli Nine Retreats reserves the right to adjust prices. Discounts and offers are valid only as long as and for the purpose(s) stated on such discounts and offers. After a trip or retreat has been booked, discounts or offers subsequently published by Nefeli Nine cannot be claimed retroactively.

 

Failure to observe the payment terms and conditions above will result in the cancellation of your booking.
 

Cancellations
In the event a confirmed booking is subsequently cancelled, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation and have responded having acknowledged such cancellation.

The following cancellation fees will apply:

 

If you cancel your retreat:

 

• 60 days or more before your retreat starts: Full refund, no questions asked.

• 30 -59 days before your retreat starts: Your deposit is non-refundable. Any balance paid beyond the deposit will be returned to you.

• 0-30 days before your retreat start date: No refund, I'm afraid - by this point rooms, guides and meals are all committed. No exceptions.

Cancellation by us

Whilst we hope we will never have to cancel your retreat this may happen and we reserve the right to do so. In the unlikely event we need to take such action, we will offer alternative dates or provide a full and prompt refund.

Force Majeure 

Nefeli Nine Retreats shall not be held accountable for the non-fulfillment of its contractual obligations if the failure to fulfill is caused by circumstances beyond its control, commonly known as force majeure events. These events may include but are not limited to a pandemic, acts of nature, such as fire or flood, flight cancellations or the prohibition of sailing due to severe weather conditions, war, acts of terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions (excluding regulatory changes), labour disputes, and similar occurrences. During such force majeure events, no refunds will be provided, and all payments will be converted into a voucher valid for one year from the original start date of the cancelled retreat.

 

Travel & Medical Insurance

Your retreat with us does NOT include travel insurance or medical insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance cover.

 

Your Health

It is your responsibility to let us know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your body’s own capabilities. If you experience any injury, undue stress or discomfort during any activity you must refrain from carrying on and inform us immediately.

 

Food

Please see a sample menu and photos on our website of the meals we carefully prepare for you. In terms of diets, we cater for those wishing to go vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free.

 

For any other dietary requirements there is a 25 euro extra fee per day and we must be notified at least 3 weeks in advance to allow us to source appropriately. 

 

Arrivals 

Check-In and Check-Out times are 3pm and 1pm respectively. Early Check-In may be available, please ensure you inform us in a timely manner. Late Check-Out is not available. 

 

Private Bookings

The following terms apply when you book a retreat exclusively for your own group, whether on our published dates or on dates arranged especially for you. Where these terms differ from the standard terms above, these take precedence.
 

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking value is required to hold your dates. Your dates are not reserved until the deposit has been received and a confirmation email sent to you. We are unable to hold dates provisionally – if the deposit has not arrived, the dates remain open to others.
 

Balance
The balance is due 10 weeks before your retreat begins. If the balance is not received by this date, we reserve the right to release your dates and retain the deposit. Bookings made within 10 weeks of the start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
 

Cancellation
Private bookings involve reserving an entire property, guides, cooks and transport on your behalf, often at the expense of other bookings, so the cancellation terms are necessarily firmer:

• More than 10 weeks before your retreat: your deposit is forfeited. Any balance already paid will be returned to you.

• 6 to 10 weeks before: 75% of the total booking value is retained.

• Fewer than 6 weeks before: no refund. By this point everything is committed and, I'm afraid, there really are no exceptions.

Cancellations must be made in writing by the group organiser and are effective only once we have acknowledged them.
 

Group numbers and pricing

Your price is based on the group size we agree at the time of booking, because that's what determines the property, the number of guides, the cooking and the transport we put in place. For that reason, if your numbers change after booking, the total price stays the same rather than the per-person price, though we'll happily let the remaining group spread the cost between them however they choose.
 

If someone drops out more than 10 weeks before the retreat, we'll do our best to help: the space can be offered to a friend or family member of the group at no extra charge, and we're always happy to talk through options.

If your numbers grow, even better - we'll accommodate additional guests wherever we can, subject to space and availability, at our current rates.

Insurance
 

Given the sums involved, we strongly recommend that the organiser and every member of the group take out travel insurance that covers cancellation at the time of booking.
